Coop arrived as promised next day. we have assembled it and found all components in box also it was easyto put together. One of the bolt fixings on the side opening was missing/broken, otherwise we are extremely pleased with the purchase. well designed and better than we expected.

Firstly I must say the actual coop is one of the best quality coops there is on the market. Very easy to assemble and perfect size for my two chickens. I had abit of trouble with the delivery as one part of my order was damaged in transit and they didn’t make the supplier aware. However when I emailed to say I’m still missing part 2 of my parcel the next day, I received an email back pretty much straight away, then I received a follow up email and a phone call to let me know they would be sending it out again for the next morning. The communication was above and beyond and it was a pleasure to buy from you. I’ll definitely be making more purchases in the future.

Fantastic product and outstanding customer service
We bought our chicken coop a year ago, mainly because we loved the design and especially the cover. While we did have a few issues with the cover initially, we got in touch with the team—and before we knew it, a replacement was sent straight away.
I have to say, the customer service is outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that responds so quickly and helpfully. I know that if I ever need anything else for my chickens, I’ll definitely trust and buy from them again.
