We really hope you love your product! But if it’s not quite right for you, don’t worry—here’s how you can return it:
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the item within 14 days, as long as it’s unused, still in its original packaging, and hasn’t been opened. You can either send it back to us yourself or we can arrange a collection for you (£30 for mainland UK, £40 for Northern Ireland and the Highlands). Please note, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
For any opened items, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned product, we’ll issue your refund. If the item is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable, we may need to deduct an amount to cover the reduced value.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a replacement or replacement parts within 14 days after delivery. Postage for returning damaged products is free.
To report damage, simply email us with pictures of the damaged parts. We will cover the cost of return postage and send replacements on an express service. If the damage is severe, we will offer a full replacement product. If you prefer to repair the item yourself, we are happy to discuss a fair partial refund.
If you would rather return the entire product, please repackage it in its original packaging, and we will arrange for a courier to collect it at no additional cost to you. A refund will be issued once the product is returned to our warehouse.
Orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday are dispatched for next working day delivery, except for Northern Ireland (3-5 working days) and the Highlands (2-3 working days). Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that while we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, we are happy to assist you in contacting them to resolve any issues quickly.
If you have added “leave safe” instructions to your order, the courier will photograph the delivery as proof of placement. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss after the product has been delivered to the designated area as per your instructions.
Please make sure to carefully review the product dimensions and ensure they fit your space before making a purchase. We want to help avoid any disappointment or surprises when your product arrives and the size doesn’t match your expectations.
